Try a La Tasca Tapas bar if you have one nearby you. Was in one in Harrogate last week and the food was top notch as was the service.

They do a "Lunch for two for £10" deal which is silly good value for money and the food itself is yummy. :cool:

I went to TGI in the week the 3 course meal for £12.99 is a bargin.

Went last night with my three daughters. No alcohol and the bill came to £80.

Not great and a little bit pricey for very basic food.

my one near Leeds is ok, food is a little over priced but decent I would say and convenient if you've been shopping or whatever...

These chains are kind of are kind of like a half-way house between a fast-food place and a restaurant I think.

I'd agree with that.

The Philly Steak Bake in my local one is excellent it has to be said. :cool:

I didn't think the service was that bad, the waitress acknowledged us every time she went past (every 5 mins) to see if we were ok. Plus she was pretty fit so that always helps. Drinks took a while but that's cuz it was packed in there, plus I ordered some stupid sized cocktail. Food was good enough, but yeah worked out a fair bit more than your average restaurant of that quality. I'd definitely go again though.
