Arctic Freezer 7 Pro Rev1 Replacement Needed

As title.

Looking for a HSF that will tame a E5200 overclocked to 3.33Ghz currently, but the reason for replacement is to get a quieter system instead of a higher overclock here.

The AC7 Pro Rev1 is definitly the noisiest thing in the system, and a cheap alternative thats quiet and will keep this tamed would be awesome...

Looking at some reviews it looks like the Rev2 cooler may be worth going for....

For cheap not really, the freezer 7 is still the best bang-for-buck cooler (notably better than the stock one). If you wanted quieter then a thermalight with an apache fan will work well, but cost more than double a freezer 7

the newest freezer pro 7 is very good and very quiet ive just built a system with one and i had an original fp7 and its much much quieter

Awesome, thanks for this. Guess this is what it will be then. Its for the missus' PC, and I spend enough on hers as it, not going down the Thermalright route with her PC, thats for my PC
