I am thinking about travelling around Europe, need some advice

Thank you very much :D

As for driving through citys, i think i'm a pretty confident driver, i can drive through bristol, cardiff and london easily enough, but i suppose over there its a complete different thing as your on the other side of the rode.

It is different yeah, not only just for driving on the other side of the road, but also the drivers over there are quite agressive drivers, there is no right of way in paris.lol.

I'm planning the same thing. But plan on missing 99.9% of France. It's just an obstacle before I reach somewhere nice.

Good luck on it and hope you enjoy.

The French guy we crashed into was awesome - he spoke flawless English, had an fantastic sense of humour, didn't go mental at the fact we'd crashed into his wife's car (which he had borrowed to go to the gym!), he gave us sweet-ass refreshments... and was just a really nice guy. Oh, and I really enjoyed the south of France, tbh.

Yeh but the majority of them are a bunch of drooling fossils.

Thanks, what route are you doing?

I won't be going until next year I don't think, so my route isn't entirley planned out yet as if someone does decide to come with me, I'd alter it a bit for their needs.

(Not in order) I know I want to head up to Norway, Sweden and Finland, spend quite a while in Prague (I just love that place!) a bit of Deutschland, Netherlands. Russia seems to be on the cards at the moment aswell, but will have to see how much ££ I can scrape together. My original plan was heading into India then China but that's a damn lot of money needed.

You should be charged for crimes against humanity if you don't visit Eastern Europe. Once you're in Northern Italy nip across the border to Slovenia. Proceed to post here and thank me once you're there. Drive north to Austria, from there Hungary, onto Slovakia, Czech and Poland. Head north once again to Lituania, Latvia and Estonia. From Estonia you can get to Finland via ferry and enjoy Scandinavia.

I'm planning a Euro road trip through the 47 countries of Europe next summer before I move abroad. Already started trawling Ebay for camper vans.
