I7 3.8GHZ ATI 5850 6GB RAM CRYSIS

What resolution? From some of the benchmarks i have seen an overclocked 5850 should be able to run crysis at max detail with 4x aa on any resolution at 1900x1200 and below.

Max everything with 2xAA, 4xAA really struggles at certain points in the game, although more in the first one then the second (due to less optimization)

i can back this up to a degree - i have a 5870 and use enthusiast settings @ 4xAA edge detect but I genuinely havent seen any part of the game so far (still riding the train) that taxes this setup. a 5850 should clock to 5870 speeds but you shouldnt need to really.

edit: Crysis Warhead btw @1920*1200

Warhead definately but the first game has some very gpu intensive areas on it (alien ship etc) which can suffer from slowdown if you have 4xaa on at a high res
