On PC as in general Personal Computers, it would probably have to be Chucky Egg on the Acorn Electron

On PC as in IBM Compatible PC (as opposed to Electron, Atari, etc), it would have to be the original Wing Commander, I'd love to see a new WC game like the originals/privateer but it seems rather unlikely as it's been so long now (and EA closed down Origin, and the last Wing Commander proper was pretty dire).
