I have bought my first lens!

Hi all

as some of you may know, i am still pretty new to Photography, I seem to be getting there, but im still at the early stages!!

anyway been wanting a new lens for a little while now, wanted a lens capable of longer distances, but still cheap to buy so to speak

ive curently got a Nikon 18-55mm lens on a Nikon D40 body

so today i went a bought this

After a few test shots, im amazed on how it was quite, not noisy at all! and the VR is really good!

I didn't actually, no, i know i should buy new really, but i saved £200 and i belive the guy i bought it from to be genuine and honest

Yeah, must photographers look after there kit, just the way we are, to damn expensive not to

yeah that is true mate, it is a lot of money to have all the gear!!!

It i an excellent lens, especially 70-250. As sharp as any Pro lens.

At 300mm you will want to stop down to f/8.

It is a nice lens indeed. I have the 18-200 VR which performs well too.
