once had a guy with a bin bag, strip off all his clothes, spray himself with lynx, then take some clothes from his bin bag and put them on, in the middle of a train. luckily i was sat quite a few rows away. the conductor got to me, then noticed the guy with his trousers off in the middle of the train and was like WTF? he never said anything though to the guy just looked at him.
 
"Now look, Who is most likely taking up all the room and making things uncomforable in these 2 normal sized seats"

Pause until the concept becomes apparent to him and then say

"Right so then stand up fatty and let me breath"

You should advise British Transport Police that there were wires poking out from his bulky midriff and watch them shoot him in the head. Ten times.
 
Next time get some string & a sandwich and tie it around and place on the floor. Drag it along the aisle to the other end of the carriage. You now have your space back.
 
While holding a news paper up at the crossword section you should lean over and ask

"What's your name"

When he reples why? You should say

"4 down, who ate all the pies?"

This was the point I was trying to raise. Most people would do nothing. And those that would would be polite about it.

I'm not being funny or proud here but if some rude moron was trying to bully me out of a seat on public transport, I most certainly would not just sit there and take it.
