Poor effort to be honest Fox, a rolling road is a rolling road, regardless of where it is, the same stuff happens, so "yet more Powerstation" is a poor excuse! The same entertainment would be found at another RR. And usual faces.. you want the same people but a different venue..??

I have to say, the last couple haven't been as good as some of the others when older members that have now basically moved on from here attended.
The same can be said for any club/meet.
Always going to be a bit strange with new faces but if people make the effort they it'll only take a few meets before all is ok and normal.

Oh no, I know that, I've met lots of the older members here and lots of the 'new' ones too but the characters of the older members aren't there in the new ones...it's hard to explain.
I agree to a point, the MM was similar in that around MM4 and MM5 a lot of the people who attended the first three did not attend these. I persevered and organised more and now the new ones are just as popular, some of the old guys even turned up again.
However if everyone says they are not going because X,Y or Z are not attending then it can have a domino effect and you end up with no one going. There was no guarantee that the old crew would turn up to one at the new venue, they said they would but we know from previous dropouts that this isn't binding.

Oh no, I mean people that haven't made much or any comment on the RR and rarely if at all post on the forums.
I've got many other reasons I won't be there...largely, university is in the way.
