Like the title says when I go on bad company most of the times happens and after about 10 mins goes away then comes back. In windows I never get this, is this something to be concerned about or not even my previous EZ Cool didn;t do this

sounds like it capacitor buzz to me, although hard to diagnose remotely. why not try googling capacitor buzz and see if it helps/ seems familiar?

Could it cause any damage to anything as I am not too fussed about the noise

I cant say as its impossible to tell if it is capacitor buzz , and if so, how bad, the issue is.

There are lots and lots of examples online of capacitor buzz in PSUs not creating a problem other than an annoying squeal under load, but whether yours is similar, I cant tell.

Capacitor is structurally solid component and makes noise by saying bang when exploding.
It's coil whose loops of wire wound around core squeels, whines etc. when resonating with pulsed current.

We have had a lot with this lately.. It seems that the latest batch of corsair HX 650W PSU's are not very highly inspected on the QC line.. :( We have had a lot of them do the same. It will sometimes do it other times it will not... Its like a buzz/crackle. I have also noticed that the lables on the sides of the PSU's peel off when running the machine for a while such as burnin...

I would not worry that much, many people get squealing out of gpu/psu, owned Hiper psu/gtx260/hd4780 and all this components made annoying squealing,..
