Brand New Lorry pulled across me on a round-about

Clarification of what actually happened would be more useful. For example, was she intending to go left so swung out right to get out and then turned left and you had zipped inside? Or something totally different?

Edit - ah I see, so she took the exit and her right hand side clipped you?

Basically I was going left she pulled up next to me and as she pulled onto the roundabout cut across into my lane and caught me with the rear of the lorry on my right side ... was a long non-artic...

Ahhh ok - I see! I guess that she assumed you would have been gone by then, ie. would have been able to pull off quicker and then be out of her way - still her fault regardless, massively annoying.

She was very apologetic; her company is a large Merc lorry seller they seemed happy to get it sorted ASAP.. so it should be okay.. you just never know how the other party will spin it... no one stopped either as it was a motorway junction
