Hopefully can sort a poll out on this and cover most things

be interesting to see what matters to people

sure I may be able to add 1 or 2 more if I have missed any, will try and avoid minority stuff though

you can vote on multiple options

All of them to be fair but didn't want to select them all so selected the 4 most important to me. Isn't the lib dem manifesto out today or am i mistaken?

EDIT: i am mistaken it's the tory one published today, lib dem tomorrow

the economy as a whole, not just national debt/taxation. defence. the state, as in reduction of it's size & interference.

Taxation and national debt go hand in hand. I'm most concerned about Transport infrastructure and decentralising London to allow businesses to deal in Cardiff, Liverpool and Edinburgh.

I'm also pro longterm UK unity. In that, equal NHS and education system throughout the UK, and not different in England, Scotland, Wales and N. Ireland.

I've gone for national debt, services health/education, crime and Europe as being the closest to what I'm concerned about although they obviously link into other areas but provided the policies from a party are prima facie reasonable regarding them I'm not massively concerned by any of them.

You might also want to consider devolution/self determination issues for your poll - again not something that I'm especially worried about but there's a fair number of people who are.

I have taken them form a combination of the opinion polls run by the big polling firms, that one doesnt get a mention, see if many more show any interest in it :)

tax, services, transport, green issues (but i consider that local environment etc)

Every party has a strategy for the debt so surely focus on their other policies?

1) energy security, not green issue though, but by the nature of being secure that rules out fossil fuels.
2) industry/economy which links into 1, if we get ahead on alternative energies we can export the tech.
3) transport which ties into 1+2, use far less and more secure types of energy, strengthen and be world leaders in alternative transport and if done correctly, help the economy by having faster easier door2door travel, with far less traffic jams.

Which means lib dems our out of the running as they don't support nuclear and torries and labour do not go anywhere near far enough.
