Was a good round, very few of us to start with, though i had a lot of fun with the c4 and vehicles.thanks for the help starting the server mucho appreciated

THink a few are trying to the the TFU normal server started.
Servers are still quiet thanks to the r9 PB cockups - but those that have them in their favourites can still find them at least. R9 does seem a lot more stable tho.
Bah, the TFU hardcore conquest server was chocka, then it crashed

Getting bored of instability now. The SAS server suffered the same fate yesterday as well ;(
Even they were a backwards step.
Nothing useful. Wish i knew what was wrong with my net, though it seemed quite a few people had very high pings on the TFU server just now.
Don't you just love when theres the big flashing sign saying 'Charge planted' in the middle of your screen and yet... no one tries to defuse it? Seriously i was watching the minimap while dead at the time and not a single player made a move for it.
Aye, i've found that utterly puzzling today. Even as a noob as soon as i see that flash in my face i figure out which point it is an do my best to clear the way for team mates to diffuse or obviously attempt it myself.
I guess maybe i'm just 'seasoned' in online games as a whole, so being a noob to this one means i still don't ignore the objective. Or maybe it's because i couldn't give a toss about my kill/death ratio.
So the upcoming updates are nothing to be excited about?
Very little is known of upcoming updates other than by the devs working on them, but i'm sure somewhere along the line at least some of the issues will be resolved. They were with BF2/2142... eventually.
I cant fathom what the hold up is, they must have made an absolute mint out of it, yet you see games like sup com 2 getting fully thrashed out patches every other week with likely a tiny percentage of the sales bc2 has had, poor show man. As for people not running to the m=coms i usually only play on the ocuk server and most of the time we dont get that as im busy getting repeatedly killed by French tart or one of the other lot
that seems to be the trend with hc, everyone just working on k/d ratio unfortunatly
I think you're better off saving your enthusiasm for something that deserves it. Chances are all the next update will do is fix what the last update broke... beyond that, who knows.

Meanwhile is there any way of rooting out servers with reserved slots? One thing is the relatively few servers available but the reserved slots really kills it off for me.

I've not really seen this on the OcUK servers. I'm always running towards it - even if a sniper miles away. Suffice to say I'm getting pretty nippy with the ol' pistola.

Np Just a shame I had to go get the kids tea ready. And melt some of their easter eggs and make choc rice crispy cakes. (hmm isnt that what the wifes for).

on the beta map Port what ever it was called.
The hill between the 1st and 2nd mcoms. In beta everyone used to go up there.
Can you still get up there.
If not I think some people on FTs server have been cheating. As I have been killed from the houses where B mcom is.
