You could try the following:
QPI Clock Ratio [x36]
PCI Express Freq - 100MHz
CPU Cores - All
CPU Muiti-threading - Enabled (although if I remember correctly this enabled Hyperthreading Tech, so as the 750 doesn't have it, you could disable it)...Disable everything else in Advanced Core Features
CPU Thermal Monitor - Enabled, you can disable other CPU features
Base Clock (BCLK) -Enabled
BCLK Freq - 190 (this will give 4.0GHz)
Extreme Memory Profile [Disabled]
System memory Multi (SPD) [8.0] (you might get away with the next higher setting, but use the setting that runs you ram @1600 or just below)
Dram Timings Selectable (SPD) [Expert]
Set Channel A & B Timings manually for your ram, mine is 7-7-7-24
Load-Line Cal (Auto)
CPU Vcore - leave @ 1.40v, run Prime95 and find out what lower voltage you can run your CPU stably at, probably 1.30-1.325v to run 4.0GHz...
Dram Voltage - 1.6v (you probably should increase to 1.64v as you have 8GB, ie., all four slots filled).
QPI/VTT Voltahe 1.34v
Advanced Voltage Settings - everything else on Auto...
When you key these in simply Save & Exit etc...then run Prime 95, check voltages/temps with CPU-Z/CoreTemp...
