eBay help

Ahh, i sorted it, the rep on the phone claims she can not reinstate my account but thinks it will be a fairly straight forward case of appeal, tells me that there is no reason i can not be reinstated.

As my account is suspended i wasn't able to generate a pin.

Rules are there to be broken.

In this instance, it was a Genuine MISTAKE.

But you broke the rules.
Genuine or not, you must post within 7 days of payment. (ebay rules)
You got kicked as you broke the rules.

Then you tried to start again, against ebay rules, you got caught out and now banned for good.

All for an Genuine Mistake.

Ebay rules - You post as per your listing - Explain how you post a car? or a double bed for EG.

I did not get Kicked, i was suspended, i had no help from an member of ebay staff that refused to pass my case on to someone else, so i gave up and made a new account.

I followed ALL guidelines set in place by eBay, and have all emails to back this fact up.

Anyway, i am back online with my Power Seller account! sooo.. two years later i am back trading on the bay with 1043 99.8% Feedback.

WIN.

it was a genuine mistake to which i have done before on e bay so your saying you never make mistake's ?

perhaps your mistake was joining ocuk as it seem's you are perfect in every aspect.

Where have I said I dont make mistakes, please show me the evidence

Me perfect, far from it, but I dont winge about it when I brake "Ebays rules"
(that's the opening another account when suspended)

I am not having a Winge, i am ASKING for ADVICE, i did not feel my account was looked at fairly. Once i sent my 4 page report to ebay with facts, they had no argument with anything.
 
Pretty much. Just mooch about is the PowerSeller forums (If you are eligible anyway) to find the great level of dissatifaction that runs through everyone in there.
