Stolen Phones on eBay

I work in fraud for a mobile phone company. The scale of some of it is massive beyond belief.

Blacklisted IMEI I expect, so definitely stolen or fraudulently obtained.

Or they reported it stolen themselves and claimed the insurance for the new phone, less jumping to conclusions.

Insurances these days allow phones to be lost if that makes any sense. You still pay the retainer whether a phone is lost or stolen. It's like that for T-Mobile's contracts I presume it's the same for others too.

I'd be VERY suprised if it wasn't stolen judging by a couple of his past auctions.

MOTOROLA V3 when i turn on this phone it asked me password don't know password is i got it off some1else and can't be asked to find the password so i will not take it return and no bad feedback

I'd say it was stolen. Probably the same with all the rest he's selling.

I also find it funny how he thinks he can bully buyers into not leaving negative feedback for him when their phone doesn't work.

:D

Can you state "no refunds/returns" in your listing and use it as a defence in a paypal dispute? I'm assuming not.

Its a private sale. Which means you can only return it for a refund if the item is falsely advertised.

You don't get to return it because you don't want it anymore.
