I am not voting Liberal because the best chance of getting rid of the current Labour MP (whose voting record is almost completly spotless as far as the Labour whip goes) is to vote Conservative. The Lib Dems won't win in this area*. Does that count?

*and their policies are bonkers. But you can trust the Lib Dems for some bonkers policies, probably because even they know they won't win.

I agree, and i've said the same of people who won't vote green for just that reason (who i'd be willing to bet would be a major contender if those people actually did vote for them). The lib dems are actually contenders in this, and i can't believe i'm saying this but i think they should get in.

I'm not voting liberal because the liberal party isn't... Liberalism requires both social and fiscal liberalism, and the lib dems are barely socially liberal and (in comparison to other parties) pretty authoritarian in their fiscal policy.

I long for an actual liberal party I can vote for.

I am not voting Green because I am not mentally retarded and do not want to completely destroy the country. It has nothing at all to do with their (thankfully absolutely tiny) change to win. Have you seen the abortion that is their manifesto? They really should just stick to the environment as when they wander off message they really wander off message.

Well, i will vote Lib Dems as i think they are the only worthy party to vote for. Lab and Tory are the same as always, full of bull...t.
And Lib Dems are so full of the opposite of bull aren't they? All politicians are the same. So you have to see through the ****.

Same here. Its funny how how the word 'liberal' has somehow become an insult against a political stance that is about as far away as liberalism as can be!

I don't think so. Too many people happy to let the government just take care of everything.

Indeed, and too many lies about what those on the classical liberal side actually want. (Look at the number of times I get accused of wanting to completely remove any sort of welfare payment or similar).

Or, lets all keep voting for the 2 parties, Tories and Lab, who keep on making this country worse and worse. Who are taking the 'Great' out of Great Britain, who are making this country and the people who live in it, poorer and poorer.

Vote Lib Dems guys. Lets get some new blood into government. Lets see if they can make a better job than the the 2 biggest lying parties in this country.

If they stick to their manifesto this year, they won't do... This isn't like the christmas number 1...

YouGov voting intentions daily poll result tonight: Conservatives 33% (-4), Lib Dems 30% (up 8), Labour 28% (-3), Others 9 (-1).

For the first time in polling history (going back to the 1930s), an outgoing government has fallen to #3 in an established voting intentions poll.
