A few 335i Photos

Awesome car, if I had the pennies to buy a car like that, I would in a heartbeat.
How good was the Nav integration? Does it let you navigate to addresses straight from the phone book on your mobile (connected via bluetooth I assume) ?

My next car for sure!Got to wait a while until they come down in price. Cant afford 20K+ atm:(

I really want to have a drive of one.

All in all, I do think it's by far the most complete car I've driven to date, it does everything well. I really would like to drive a stage 3 or 4 evolve tuned one, as it must be an even more incredible experience...306bhp/300ft lb of torque standard to 420/420 on a stage 3 for <£3k? Must be an absolute beast.

I really agree with everything you said, I am now on my 3rd 335i because I just can’t find something that comes close to compete with it without spending crazy money.

I did take the new 3.0 Supercharged S4 out on a test drive a few weeks ago. Aside from the life less steering it was not bad at all but the 335i is was still better.

I think the next car will be a Z4 35i when they come down to the mid 20's price range or a 135i

Why do you keep buying them? Surely as its such a good all rounder you can just buy one and keep it rather than keep replacing it with the same car each time and realising thousands of pounds in depreciation?

First one was my black E92 LHD 335i, I sold that one and my TT because I was doing very well at the time and wanted to buy a 911, however I put a Deposit on an E93 M3. Due to the economic crisis I lost one of my businesses and a lot on the stock market so I walked out on the deposit.

Fast forward a year and a bit, things start getting better so I felt more comfortable spending on a car but I still did not want to drop 50/60k on a car so I sold my girlfriends (now wife) 318i which she had from new and bought a gray E92 RHD 335i (as I now spend more time in the uk and she lives there) for us both to use. She promptly put 11 000 miles on it in around 5 month. The car had lots and lots of little problems, as the second hand market had recovered quite a lot the dealer offered to buy back the car from us. I snapped up his offer as the really was a lemon.

Now we have a RHD 335i E93 335i which my wife wants to keep. I did have the itch to change it to a S4 or S5 however she is having none of it lol.

I am going to start working in the hospital in a few months so we will probably need a second car soon ish but again I cant really afford to go crazy so I’m probably looking for something in the mid 20’s. I still have a burning desire for a 997 however that will probably have to wait a few years as Doctors don’t really make that much:D

So there you have it.

Oh and I still have that Mondeo but that’s another story

Exactly the same car as mine apart from the red seats as mine are black, I love my car and have not seen anything I would consider swapping it for in the same price bracket (waits for Audi R8 to drop below £40,000 ;) ).

Thats a beautiful car. Sounds meaty too for a beemer :p

I take it theres some kind of "anti-anti-social" flap which is why it sounds awesome at full chat and then near silent when you are behaving yourself?
