Face Down Mute On HTC Desire

hi does anyone know how to activate this feature on the phone, looked everywhere and cant see it.

Dont think its part of the phone...the HTC Legend has this option but i havent seen it on my Desire.

ah ok , just came across it on the Desire page on htc.com , soo was wondering. Thanks anyways

Ahhh seems like your right...it does say on the special features bit in the spec sheet that it can be muted when flipped over...hmmm i dont know mate i usually have mine on vibrate/silent.

Ok i just tried it and it works...rung my number and then flipped over the phone and it muted it...i didnt adjust any settings etc...just make sure your phone is not set to vibrate/silent.

Ok going into settings i see quiet ring on pickup which i have enabled...other than that i dont see any other settings that look like anything to do with the mute on face down option.

ok mate just tried that on normal profile and it just keeps ringing .. any ideas?

Go into settings and tick the quiet ring on pickup...also make sure your g sensor is calibrated...again its in the settings options.

Ive checked mine and thats what i have enabled etc...i cant see anything else pertaining to mute on flip etc.

If that doesnt work then i dont know mate...perhaps reboot the phone and see if that fixes it.
