Mulling over the idea of getting a second job but it would have to be Sundays only.
Does anyone recruit such tightly scheduled shifts as that?

My current employer has me on a four day week at the mo and I've also not had many oportunities to work weekends (Saturday) so money is just not going in the bank. :(
what's just as annoying is that I cannot have a specified day off per week so I could organise another week day of work elsewhere.
It's a case of "there's nothing in the diary for tomorrow, take tomorrow off" :(

I'm not in any way work shy so cleaning, shelf stacking, storeroom stuff is fine.
Suggestions?

Do the same shift Speedy did when he worked at Morrisons stacking shelves....it's evening work and that way your day job wont be affected, you'll be knackered though :D
That's if they have any jobs that is.
Alternatively stick to what you're good at and see if you can drum up a few customers to get their cars serviced on a Sunday in your garage....bound to be some out there who A/ can't get their car into the garage on a week day....B/ don't want to pay through the nose for a service........:D
Just a couple of ideas fella......I'll be around on wednesday so you can tell me where to stick them LOLz

Can't do car work. "conflict of interest"
no way am I doing nights / evening work. I'm not looking at burning the candle at both ends, just to fill an empty day more productively.
Agency work I hadn't thought of. Good one.
Not so keen on serving drunkards though :/
lumping round kegs and changing taps, washing up and glass collecting I'd happily do though. Can you do one without the other there?
Gardening work also a good idea. Food for thought.

Retailers won't touch you on a 'Sunday only' policy as you'll attract double time/variant thereof.

Bar work is a good one. It's a piece of **** and as long as you work in an okay bar, it can be remarkably good fun.

Not neccessarily, my place certainly doesn't pay double time, and indeed they have a person just for Sundays as well, so it's certainly possible.

Yes, if you can find a big/busy enough pub. One point is that you're not allowed to serve someone who is drunk so you should never be serving drunkards ;)
