Oil for 2002 BMW 325i

I need to topup the oil in my car and was wondering whether you guys recommend castrol edge 5/30w or mobil1 0/40w?

i've looked on halfords website and they're both £15.99 for 1 litre. Anyone know how much the price would be with a trade card?

The correct oil for your car is Castrol Edge 0w30. Halfords is not the best place to buy it - get a litre from Morrisons petrol station for £11.99.

Are you sure its 0w30 and not 5w30? Some websites say 0 and some say 5.
