iPhone 3G - which cover do you use?

I've got a black rubber one that works well for me, its not any major brand. I definitely wouldn't got for anything that covers the screen, its just effort taking it out of the case every time you get a phone call.
 
I got a silicone one with blue metalic effect plastic "fish skeleton" casing. Fleabay for 5 quid, dropped it a few times and the plastic takes the brunt

I use a Zagg full body Invisible Shield. I prefer it to the other cases as it doesn't make what's already a big phone any bigger. It's fully scratch proof and retains the iPhones looks.

The Zagg looks sweet but I imagine it offers a bit less protection?

It probably does offer less pretection if you drop the phone but I have my iphone insured so arent really bothered about that I just didnt want it to get scratched up and start to look tatty. The Zagg is ideal for that.

It isnt invisible;) so will be noticeable if you look at it closely...i have it on my ipod touch and i ended up taking the screen protector part of it off because it had an orange peel effect...which i found annoying tbh...even had it on my BB Storm2...again only kept the covering for the back on it...took the screen protector part off because of the orange peel effect and ended up putting an anti glare screen protector on it which was a lot more smoother.

For the price of it, i dont think its worth it in all honesty.
 
What would be a better alternative? Got an iphone coming tomorrow and would like a cover for it before it gets scratched to hell :D

I dont know really, i dont have an iphone myself but my bro who has one uses one of those hard type shell cases with an anti glare screen protector...seems to do the job.
