Can anyone on Orange tell me where the hell you turn off itemised billing, im either blind or they make it impossible to find on the account options!
 
It on the FAQ's about switching to e-billing and also tells you how you can switch to e-billing on one of the 150 options
 
Didn't think you could. I thought you just get the choice of summary, detailed, itemised and reports.

It says on the FAQ you can change it online but you cant.

Ring 150, then option 1, 2, 2, 2

Just ask customer services to cancel itemised billing and be put on e-billing option and they will do in a matter of seconds
