Aluminium DVD-RW Optical Drives.

Slackworth is spot on. The problem with new requests etc, the manufacturer has to create a new tooling set. Thus causing more delays.

I should have more info at least on Monday.
 
You can put my name down for interest, however I don't know if it will match my ATCS 840.. Do you happen to have that case mate?

Is slot loading a possibility?

They don't fit every lian li though or any other cases with out modding.
I would be interested in the blu ray if you upped the specs, i almost bought one of your old ones, the only thing that stopped me was that it wasn't a writer.
 
I think they look nice, though personal preference would be to have the official DVD logo, or BD logo etched/engraved into the draw. No other branding though.

With DVD burners, it can be nice to see the write LED on the bezel, custom blue preferably ;), and of course the manual eject pinhole (which I assume is the visible hole near the eject button on the proto.)

Looks good, prices seem a bit steep though - £16 for an aluminium bezel? its not that expensive to make - not that time consuming either! :p
 
Really hope you get these in, the bluray one is pointless without at least a cd writer in it, been waiting a long time for one of these :P
