This is what i dont understand either as that case was closed and is still classes as refunded.

As long as there is no way they can get money from my account through a dispute or mess up my feedback, i couldn't care less.

You should've sent them back, infact I'm suprised you have been refunded without doing so

Why should he have paid to send back a faulty item?

Ebay shouldnt of allowed the dispite, he did PAY for the item - paypal refunded it...

I didn't say he should pay :confused:

Ebay is a farce but it's not like Paypal to refund somebody without proof the item has been returned
