Random lag on no mercy's server last night. And indeed there is a little lag spike soon after you spawn.

I do like the new tracer though. Choppers have something to fear now. You can also get in the hills and tracer tanks from half way across the map now too.

didnt realise you dont get points for killing someone when your dead, i.e mortar strike, road mines, have noticed that my mines have gone off by a vehicle and not getting any kills for it, it's happened a few times now

Not sure if it's been mentioned in here but apparently a fix for the spawn delay:

Yes,

1. Open AVG control panel
2. Goto components / Resident Shield and set Resident Shield to active again.
3. Now click 'manage exceptions'. and click 'Add Path'

browse for the install folder (e.g.: C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\Battlefield Bad Company 2)
and documents folder (C:\Users\*****\Documents\BFBC2) and add them both as directory excludes.

I'm liking the new tracer dart speed, easy to trace the helis now, even traced a uav and sent a gustav up to it lol

Lmao, gonna have to try that. Hitting UAVs with the SMG is futile and seems to waste 2 clips and sitll not take it down.

Can i just say that it takes some real talent to break the game so badly and also somehow make it conflict with 1 of the most commonly used free anti-virus programs around all in 1 patch.

Seems the resident shield thing worked, i don't lag on respawn anymore.

It's too damn easy now though, I'm pretty much blind firing at vehicles and getting tracer hits. It took skill before.

It does come in handy for marking pesky snipers though

Hmmm i dont know mate! If there was less that 4 people on then scroring was not enabled until 4 or more.

Happened to me last night, I died then my AT mine took out a Bradley and got a triple kill, ~400 points but I didnt get any of them

All 32 players had that icon next to their name. Not sure what it was myself to be honest although I did get worried when something about pbbans flashed up briefly in the top corner of my screen.

Put it down to admins messing about as there was a lot of AT mine malarky going on at the time

Really was, I traced 3 helis and probably 6 tanks in one round of Atacama last night. Getting in vehicles is suicide now
