In case nobody noticed, L4D2, £19.99

I can't help but agree unfortunately, though what do I know, I'm not in charge of a large PC game developer and publisher, nor am I balancing their books. I just want cheaper games.

Well yes, ideally all games would be free, but thats not going to happen. For me personally, L4D2 at £20 has been excellent value for money, coming up at £12 per hour of entertainment approx.

you mean 5p/hour right :)

damn, I play too much.

The Left 4 Dead series was worth 2 x £20 for me. I admit though that after a few play throughs with mates it dried up for me.

L4D would be awesome with regular chapter updatesor the mod cumminity could quickly make chapters. 4 chapters for 12 months isn't enough.

See this thread

I've been looking for some people to split the 4 pack with for a while now!
That said, I'm going to wait for the Passing thingy, since Valve usually have huge sales with updates like this!

Unfortunately I have to agree - what the hell was Valve thinking releasing L4D2 as a retail game. It's nothing more than a mappack addon. £20 is stupidly overpriced and I wouldn't pay more than a fiver for it.
