I want it gone as I don't want to get another car until it is gone, and there is an MR2 I have my eye on
Probably your car is overpriced. I sold my car last time within 2 hours of it being advertised.
1. I buy and autotrader advert for 6 weeks.
2. I get 7-10 phone calls in the next 45 minutes.
3. Someone comes to test drive my car after it being on the website for less than 2 hours.
4. He pays me cash and I hand him over the keys.
5. Me extremely happy

The grey one is an import and my paintwork is more shiny. The other one has 195k miles

If you cant be bothered to put the time into selling it, don't expect to get the price you want. Stick an "offers considered" option on, maybe someone will haggle?

Jut bought a car myself, looking through AT adverts the lack of numberplate pictures put me off.
Helps having it up as it means prospective buyers can check out the insurance cost.

Fit the stereo to the car, it takes what, 15mins to fit a stereo? Having a stereo "included" is as good as not bothering at all IMO. Also, i wouldnt mention that its ALBA, ALBA are a cheap make, i wouldn't mention it at all, just that it has an upgraded CD/MP3 player.
Agreed, if a person can't be bothered with the advert begs the question what else about the car can they not be bothered with?

Indeed, I am happy to post pics of plate on ocuk forums / club forums ... but not putting it up on AT/PH classifiedsYou dont need a plate to check insurance?
That requires spending time working out my cars radio wiring
If they don't like ALBA they are welcome to have the blown Pioneer unit

Quite frankly you should take the advice offered here. It doesn't mean **** all if you have spent 6 hours polishing the car, if your advert is rubbish you will never get people to even consider your car. As you are finding out by the lack of interest.
I would offer test drives on malcs terms and conditions (insurance + deposit + you break it you buy it) You need to feel the car you have no input in the passenger seat.
Jez has very kindly written you a well worded advert there. It tells the reader just enough to entice them in but also withholds the information that may put them off.
I'd also possibly offer to tax at buyers expense.
There is a lot of experience on these forums people offer their advice on goodwill it doesn't benifit them but it might benifit you.
