Brainstorm (creative suggestions!)

I have an interview on Monday & I need to come up with ideas to push sales within the store & improve customer relationships as well as track the progress.

I have a fair few ideas but if anyone has some simple sales trackers or advice it would be vastly appreciated!

I kid you not, I have been to a meeting with a sales manager a few years ago who said that we need to do some 'mind w**king'.

Invite each customer into an office, lock the door, tell them you have a really good bargain for them and they cannot leave until they buy it. And if they buy it, they'll be really important in the eyes of family and friends.
The combination of perceived bargain and relief when you finally let them out should do the trick.
