BMW Concept Gran Coupe

It reminds me a lot of the BMW Concept CS from 2007 which eventually became the series 5 GT I believe.

In fact, I'm fairly sure I saw one ages ago being driven. It even had the Concept badge at the back with similar styling to the M badge. I never got the chance to take a picture though . Still, it's good to see the design making a comeback.

Edit: Just read the forum and it does appear to be based on the original CS concept from 2007.

Looks to me like a cross between a 3 series and a 6 series.

Yum! Finally a new BMW that I like straight away, usually takes a few years to grown on me.
Except the current 6 which will never do so.

Not so keen on that, the bottom left photograph reminds me of a Passat :\ The rest of it looks rather bland too.

Although its a concept expect to see something very much like this but with less doors as the next 6 Series.

Do want new 6 Series.

Can't imagine it looking very good if it was shortened. In fact it wouldn't look all that much different from the existing/outgoing 6.

Without the 3 LED running lights in the front bumper vents it will be a car full of SO MUCH WIN!

Oh and don't even think for a moment those nice looking wing mirrors will be nice looking in the production model, we'll get new style mirrors that are "safe" and as big as Fox's shoes

What ever they do to save on costs, they'll most certainly include a CD player and Tax for the car.

I actually think the new Z4 is a magnifisant looking thing on the road, seen a few now and they all look lovely. This has similar style cues I believe.

Really? I think the new Z4 is revolting! I like it in the photos but in the flesh it just looks wrong
