I think this company is allowed as they're mainly music.

It's at HMV, clicky.

Has some quite good reviews, and for this price it seems a no brainer, if it's no good you can probably trade it in or sell it for more.

Don't forget quidco 3% and if you've got student discount associated with your HMV account, it's only £11.69 to begin with!

Edit: Seems to have been a misprice, has now been corrected and shows up at £27.99 in basket.

Fingers crossed whoever ordered on time gets it!

Worked for me though not 10 minutes ago, hopefully it won't be cancelled :D

Hardly rubbish, quite enjoyed it myself.

Thats the beauty of opinions.
I think its generic, with awkward controls and cheap deaths which it uses to extend its meagre challenge.

Floors falling away with no warning and being crushed by something you get no clue about stopped being fun in the 80's.

Its quite pretty though, but not enough to warrant playing through it.

It's fighting mechanics are good though, it's very cool to have a mix between devil may cry and god of war which then has several powers to unlock, two different skill trees (for those who purify or punish people) and the relics. It is just as good as god of war in my opinion since the gameplay is better but the graphics and story aren't quite as good.

The moment 'just as good as god of war' is uttered when referring to this game is the moment a fairy dies.

I hope you're happy with yourself.

Fair enough, wasn't saying that you couldn't dislike it, just that I thought it wasn't that bad. Not even my normal style of game either.

Prepare for a field of fairy carnage then, I didn't like GoW3, going by the demo, I thought Dante's played better:eek:

You mean because you don't agree or because we're all getting a little tired of the comparisons? Well for me it's simply true, god of war is more fun and does tell it's story better but I can't forgive it entirely for having such few moves, such few weapons (3 out of 5 even being chain scythes) and having so straightforward a game. I don't mind straightforward (talking about little choice in upgrade paths, freedom etc.) games but when they're short too you do kind of get the idea the game is very nice but that they've concentrated so much on the graphics they've left a boss or two out and not done enough to flesh out the game (extra weapons etc.). I like that in dante's inferno I can choose to be good or bad and have a skill tree devoted to which I pick or mix between them and I like that the game is a lot bigger. Like I said though god of war is more fun, does have better graphics and story too but for me gameplay is always one of the bigger points of a game and it differentiates itself more in gameplay than god of war does in the other aspects.

ive completed the game (a couple of times). Whilst its not a great game, and seems to resemble the original god of war more then the second in my opinion, its not a bad game. It has frustrating parts where it takes lives for stupidity like walking of a platform....but gowIII is just as annoying for that and while it being a much better game, it has its flaws too. Both have there good and bad bits.
