XBL Gold Auto renewal cancellation?

I've just subbed for a month of live, previously, I'd pay for a month and then cancel the automatic renewal but on membership level the option has gone so I can't cancel my sub, I do not want more than a month of crappy XBL so is their any way to cancel this?

I'm not sure on that, but if it's not there now I would guess so. See what they say when you call them.

they did, theirs even tutorials on the net/major nelson/youtube showing you how but the link you click has been changed so their is no hyperlink.
