Yea they are getting that way, I think they looked at the Mercedes range as a 'challenge' to try and see who can confuse customers more

To be fair the range choice is one of BMW's few redeeming features.

Choice is good, but I honestly have no idea what a 5GT is for. Or an X6. Not entirely sure what an X1 does either. Do people really need the choice of 3 different 4 seater cabrios?

I don't really need a choice of 63 different condom flavours, but I'd rather have the choice than not.

Its a little 'sporty' thing and so targeted at a different market, I mean if I was not doing mammoth trips from Bath to Wakefield I would not be too bothered lol
