Street Fighter (SFIV, SSFIV, HDR)

I hate playing on pc, so much easier on the consoles, I must have played 30 games tonight on pc and not won a single round

I'm only playing on here atm because my live has expired but still works on pc

If anyone wants to show me what I am doing wrong on pc then add me on live and pop a post up here, I'm not on live atm but will log on if anyone is up for a few games

hyv wiped the floor with me, I am still learning the very basics at the moment, only got my arcade stick a couple of weeks ago, I did manage to win 1 match but it was given to me :p

to be honest i was surprised you didnt chase after me after you hit me with something. i think you should try and put more pressure on your opponent. believe it or not sticking out random normals (lk or lp if you dont know, or not sure what you are doing, or what to do next) is a surprising effective tactic.

i suggest hitting the trial mode right away to learn the basic combos (and spam it against other people with the most effective one that you could do constantly), and everything else will come from exp (basically getting pummeled by other people), then you could react to everything and do the right thing at the right time.

dont worry, i only win like 1-2 games out of 10 against Margaret and Artheas. so i know losing inside and out. but i think i have become a better player from those loss, because the first time i played Margaret, he beat me 80 odds games in a row! at least now i can have some mightily close game with him and Artheas

come to think of it...i might have played against you on TF2, and you whooped my ass pretty hard lol

What's adon like to play with? I've ordered my copy, it's shipped so should get it on the release date.
 
Not used him much, not played the game that much but I am glad Im enjoying playing with at least one new character!!!

I am still rubbish with him though.

i would be interested. but i have two problems

a: i dont have a car, so i have to travel by train
b: i have never been to Birmingham so i had to meet you guys near the train station in case i get lost
 
Also interested in the meetup, but decision would be based on how many are going, duration, and the cheapest price available on a 600 mile return trip :o

Must be my desperation for SSF4 (and having never been to an ocuk meet) thats making me consider this!
