Best site for breaking local news?

Hi All

Does anyone know of any decent websites for breaking local news (in kent)? The BBC south east site is terrible and the Meridian one even worse.

Anypointers much appreciated.

Nothing too exciting, just some fires in my local town (maidstone) 3 all started deliberatly in toilets, in a shopping centre, a Sainsburys and a McDonalds...

Local radio stations sometimes keep news upto date on there website.

This, you would be best off just tuning into your local BBC station or something.

When I said breaking I meant as in it is breaking, not me breaking a story, the local newspaper website suggestion was great, found exactly what I wanted to find out about.

Local radio not really an option as I'm at work...and I hate local radio...lol
