Hey guys.
My current PC (sig specs) is lacking when it comes to video editing and rendering and I want something that is faster!
I've just made this spec:
I am planning to keep my PSU, current hard drives, graphics cards, case and drives.
The idea with the fans is the two 120mm fans on the Corsair rad, and the other two for the case (one on the top, and one on the side).
I am confused because I just don't know whether paying this and replacing what I have (and adding in case of the better cooling, hopefully better performance and the SSD), or perhaps getting an i7 spec PC (so I can use things such as tri-channel ddr3).
You guys reckon the SSD will make a difference? Am I going silly with the fans? Or perhaps I could have picked items with a better value for money?
I was also thinking of getting a sound card, hoping the sound will be better. I connect my hifi amp to the soundcard, but I also play and record to and from cassette for music production purposes and also rip vinyls and wondering if there was any quality gain.
Sorry for all the questions! Not been here for a couple of months and I already feel out of touch with everything
Cheers.
