My GFX is just about given up, have had loads of artifacting in games, have cleaned it up and reapplied thermal paste which sorts it for a week or 2 but then it goes back to dieing.

Not looking for anything fancy as long as its enough to play WoW with good settings im not fussed.

Not been keeping ontop of GFX cards so havent a clue whats decent out there at the minute

Dont really want to be spending a fortune either if possible :)

I agree with stulid on the 5770 1GB. A card around that level would be more than sufficient. WOW is mostly CPU limited, and having a faster 5850 or 5870 won't help much in busy areas or lots of people on a raid together. Really wish the damn mmorpgs would use multi-cores better...

Only paid £90 for my x1950 that i have now ><

Might have a gander at maybe a second hand one, as at the minute i cant warrant paying more than i did originally for something to do the same job, but 3 years later

I'd second the 4850.

No point paying £130 for a 5770 if all you want to do is play WoW.Get yourself the 4850 for £70.The 5770 is a bit better but not by that much.

It'll blow your x1950 out of the water!!!!
