Quidco: £150 cash back on Vodaphone

Does anyone actually use more than 500mb a month? I use my n95 on the net each day looking at email, bbc news etc and have never ever done more than 100mb in a month.

Watch any 1 hour long program on iPlayer and that's your whole months allowance gone surely

I may be being a bit slow but how do you claim the cashback? do you have to enter a code during checkout to redeem it?

does using the new google maps sat nav app eat up the bandwidth ??? my wife uses the sat nav on the desire for about an hour or two each day
and after reading all this 500mb lint I am getting worried

Some dude from Google said that the entire route etc is downloaded rather than it streaming the data as you drive, so if your wife downloads it over wireless first then it shouldn't eat into your bandwidth allowance.

I have a few questions as I'm a Quidco noob, but have an account:

-When would I see the money back?

-Is it as simple as going to Quidco, clicking 'mobiles' > 'pay monthly' > 'Vodafone' > then the 'visit retailer to earn cashback button' and placing an order for the phone I want?

-Are there any T&Cs to the offer I should be aware of, or is it as simple as it seems to sound?

-When does the offer expire (can't find any info on the Quidco site)?

Sorry for the questions, just a little confused!

1. Normally a few months

2. Yes

3. The T&Cs are listed when you visit the vodafone page on the quidco site.

4. When its removed from quidcos site.

Thanks for the info I was also confused about how the cash back works. If i took out multiple contracts would I receive multiple payments?

Doesn't look like I can claim the cashback. For whatever reason alex@*****.eu is an invalid email address on the vodaphone website so I doubt it would link to my quidco account :(

Thanks for that guys. I have given it a go using a different browser, hopefully it will all go through. I did order a cheaper tariff though for sister so not sure how much cashback it's entitled too.

After ringing vodafone I was offered the htc desire @£27 to make it the same price as the quidco offer which I will take when they have it back in stock.

Quidco (regarding Vodafone cashback) said:
This is scheduled to become ended by midnight on 30 April 2010.

Ahgagagahahgagh. My current contract runs to the 29th of June.

What to do...

Just done this for my wife who's currently on a £10 a month rolling contract. So we get a new phone nokia 5230 for £10 a month on contract and £150 from quidco.

Had the tracking confirmation from quidco already.

How much you gain by buying now vs how much you lose by waiting..

Buying now gets you more cashback, and a new phone sooner. The extra cashback should negate the fact you have to pay for 2 contracts while they overlap for a couple of months.

Id buy now.

This is what I've done, wasn't expecting the full 150 but it is showing in my account. Bargain!
