Come on guys, basic highway code time. Its signifying the end of a restriction, in this case a restriction on vehicles over a certain size :)

I've always wondered about the logic of those signs.
You'd never be inside a controlled zone in one of the restriced vehicle types, so nobody affected by it would ever see the end of zone sign. So who are they for?
(I know the sensible answer is that hgv drivers also drive other types of vehicles, but that's not the point!)

Delivery drivers that are allowed within the controlled area within certain times I should imagine.
