Looking fo advice - re: my son

Wes, is it just your name on the V5 cos if it is then it's yours to sell. But sell it to Audi or something and they'll just knock off the cost of the repair for the gearbox.

You really should sell it and put Kye first though. Having solicitors will make it a whole lot easier.

Your Ex sounds like a right stupid bint. Try and financially screw her over if you can.
 
Secure custody of the child, if you can prove that she's been poisoning him (i.e. witness/letters/recorded phonecalls) with lies, that'll help. She sounds like a moron, and I wouldn't want someone like that raising a child of mine.
 
I will offer this advice...

My parents split up in 1996, my youngest sister was only 6 months old when they did, due to my Dad having affairs.

Mum never stopped me and my two younger sisters from seeing our Dad - I am thankful for that as I do not believe I would be who I am today without my Dad's influence on my life, but also me as a person.

Ensure that you remain mature, but most importantly, put your son's interests first. Keep persisting with getting something 'concrete' so that you can see your son. I think your ex needs to understand that you do also have a life, like she also does. Your son will meet many, many people throughout his life, so what's "so wrong" with seeing your current partner? You need to really show that you want the best for your son and that your partner does as well. Yes, I do know that this is easier said than done... persistence will pay off, and you know that you're doing your best.
 
Sorry to hear man sounds horrible.

My parents split when I was 14. It was not amicable as my mother ran off with her boss. My sister was 12 at the time and took it really badly so I had to look after her for a while.

She's probably just ultra miffed that the OP fathered a child with her and then, 3 years later, decided he'd rather bang someone else instead.

There is a lot more to it than that, it wasn't working, no love from either side and it doesn't work holding a relationship together for the sake of a child, they know,

No, i've never cheated on her. I ended the relationship and happened to meet someone else quite soon after.
 
the way i see this,
Money is no comparison to a relationship with any loved one.
Legal advice can found as cheap as FREE should you go through the CAB.

My MD's Wife is a Solicitor, i will have a word for you, if you like? see what legal terms you can throw at her.
