Leave it out lads, I love my glasses, I know it's banter, if it's not then who gives a shiny one - It's me who's wearing them and looking cool / gay so lets move on.

Did you do any static stuff with strobes and any reason you didn't add any lighting to the shots on track with the runner to make the lighting a bit more interesting?

Very interesting vid though, looked like lots of fun.

I had all my kit with me, but didn't see the need - I knew I was going to composite so I wanted the light to be nice and even. Problem with small strobe and a shiny car are hot spots - you really need a big silk to shoot them through which I didn't have.
 
Whats the legality of hanging out the back of a car with a camera? You have to have some sort of license dont you?

Decent video, as others have said you seem very comfortable infront of the camera :)
