Eye strain? Top tip.

No not a topic about chronic masturbation.

I often get 'eye strain' where my focus at range is poor, hazy, I've been to the opticians several times over the past year and each time they declare my vision 'better than perfect'.

I sit starring at a screen most of my day and often find my eyes tired, dry and poor to adjust focus.

My fix was to apply eye drops in the morning and start looking at magic eye pictures, just for 20-30 seconds once or twice a day (this CAN be on the screen, doesn't have to be print) to relax my vision and I've noticed a great improvement.

I'm not sure if this is common knowledge but if get eye strain, try it! Hope this helps other people. :)
 
Apparently when you leave the computer you should look at something far away for 30 seconds, this is supposed to get your eyes focusing again on long range.

The best thing is to not focus at all i.e. fully relaxed i.e. magic eye.

Take my ****ing advice god damn-it! :mad::D
 
Every few minutes, look at the furthest thing you can, be it the horizon out of the window or the clouds etc. or simply just the furthest corner of the room you are in, or the baps of that luscious looking receptionist at the end of the room.

I doubt its the magic eye lol
I have the same problem and went to the opticians last week, my eyesite is perfect as is my tear ducts, the biggest cause of dry eyes is driving and computers, which was the main problem I was having, I was told its because you are concentrating so much that your brain forgets to blink, so Ive been trying to remember to blink more and to try and keep well hydrated too helps.
