To be honest it sounds as if the dog has had digestive problems and properly **** all over the kitchen.

Mine has never been in the house, he sometimes goes in the garden, but most of the time he goes when I take him out to the fields for a run.

Depends what breed you've got and what kind of diet you feed them but certain combinations result in exploside diahorrea.
Plus dogs stink, you probably can't smell it because you live there full time but your house will smell like dog.

My cats never gone in my house, not even in a litter tray, he knows instinctively to go crap in the mud. Ever since we've owned him, some 14 years now. Cats don't have a general smell unless you have a litter tray.
For this reason cats are superior.

Yes... Because if you felt really sick and was locked in a room all night without the opportunity to go to the toilet it would be your fault that you vomited and **** all over your room?

The only time our dog has vomited/**** inside our house has been when it was ill...

It was nasty... You know when you're younger and you try to make biscuits on a baking tray, and they end up sort of rounded and stuck to the tray, it sort of looked like a double choc variation of that. Pretty much all over the kitchen floor, with nice stepping stone style connecting pooh.

I did my best to help with a visual description. Photos seemed bad taste.

As for the girlfriend not cleaning it up. Shes a proper wuss, she probably wont do her own childs nappies. Spoilt Biyatch is being polite lol.
