Only recently got an email about it, but there appears to be comments on the website dating back to January, so my bad if people know about it already.

Its bad of Bio to send the e-mails out so late.

I only got it today aswell.

Edit

The senior game designer at about 2.40 mins, how old is he. looks like 12. lol

I'm not sure if I like the "does it all for you" automatic attacks, thats how it looks in the video anyway. Could get repetetive.

It's 1st of May for the comments, not 5th of January :D

The comments only go back to about a week ago, so it's not too bad.

Just thought I'd let you know *scurries back to site to watch the video*

think the combat animations look great, really much better then i expected, however the boring part for me is how you make the attacks, and i assume what the case will be is push number 1/2/3/4/5 etc for that move then you just watch it happen?

Wish they made it so light sabres could actually chop things to bits in these Starwars games. Even if it was just the finishing moves. In the movies its all about the cutting Battle Droids in half and lopping off peoples arms and heads. I cant see why they cant include this in the games too.

I imagine they want to make the game child friendly to increase the subscriptions, so don't want to include dismemberment as it would then need a 18 cert

no you'll get a full size light saber / gun depending on class with the game .

The explosions look a bit ass. Also not sold on the animations, looks like they just don't have enough frames. Then there's the idea that they had that you should be able to take on lots of enemies at once, but the times I've seen that they just stand there and shoot them whilst you're getting hammered as if they barely hurt you. Overall though looks fun, and definitely going to be getting this when it comes out :)

The animation of characters doesn't seem to have moved on much from SWG. But I couldn't really get passed how young the tea boy looked. Interest in the game took a hit after watching this vid.

I'm not actually interested in this game since this video, and i don't like the graphics they are using in the videos.

I'm hoping LoTRO and FFXIV will quench my first of MMO's for a decent period of time so i don't have that feeling where the game feels 'dry' because the last time a game felt so 'dry' was SWG.

just watched another video which was from e3 and now really excited with the combat. looks really fun and interesting. really wish i was 5 years younger and i was living with my brother again as i'd love to play this with him getting really into it.
