Wasn't sure whether to put this in here or Windows Software but I'm having this ongoing random issue with my Lycosa keyboard.

More often than not once Win7 has finished loading the keys are not illuminated. I have to open the little app in the task bar and click OK and they come on.

Quite frustrating. Anyone else have issues?

Oh, one more intermittant issue is that some keys randomly stop working. Sometimes they just begin to work of their own accord or I have to restart the PC.

The lights on mine started by themselves. this was also on Windows 7.

I actually RMA'd mine a few days back, cause of them keys randomly stop working, and it was found to be faulty. i replaced it with a Roccat Arvo, which has problems of its own.

I'm gonna send that one back as well, and this time probably go with a logitech.

I reboot my PC if my keys stop working. I just thought it was a driver issue. Should I RMA mine if it happens again then?

Back on topic. The lights on mine start by themselves also, usually set to W,A,S,D but I press the touch button to full illumination. You might want to contact Razer if it continues or see if your drivers are up to date.

My lycosa came with non-functioning media keys. I hate the lycosa, its a piece of trash. Get yourself something quality like a logitech or a microsoft keyboard.

If you don't have a problem keep having to reboot, or pulling the USB out, then back in, you could just hang onto it. my problem was i was sick of being in the middle of a game, and the "W" key deciding to keep my guy running forward.

I hate it as well mate, but now i hate this piece of trash Roccat Arvo even more. I've actually just filled in another RMA for the replacement keyboard.

When they gave me the option to select another keyboard, she was busy putting through the order for a steelseries merc, until i stopped her, and asked for the Roccat instead. now i wish i had just kept my mouth shut.

hopefully i get to choose a sidewinder x4 or i'd pay up more for the Logitech G110.

Never again will i purchase anything other than Microsoft or Logitech.

I'm using a standard Microsoft Wireless Keyboard 6000 v3. It works great in games and even better for work with all of its FULLY FUNCTIONING media and shortcut keys LOL.

The logitech dinovo keyboards look amazing, I may upgrade to one of those soon.
