Anything more than your own ratio is bad in these situations. Sure you might be able to take on 2/3 guys in theory but when one of them gets the bright idea to stab/shoot you, its game over lol. It takes a bigger man to not respond to the baiting and walk away.

You would have probably got arrested for being 'racist' by drawing attention to the matter and they would have probably gotten away with it in modern day society. :( Sorry to hear also mate.

It makes ones blood boil when you encounter this kind of thing though. I guess I am a tad reckless and if you add beer to the equation.

Yeah it does but theres jack **** you can do about it though. Taking it on the chin and forgetting about it is usually the best course of action. Standing your ground against such people isn't worth it though.

1v1 in a fair fight, not that such a thing existed, of course, go for it lol. The thing is though, no one even with half an active neuron would start on you like that if they were by themselves as they wouldn't control the situation.

Its really easy to bully, beat up people etc in a large group but none of the gang lot would even dream about making eye contact with someone when they are alone.

Knowing this alone means your the bigger man to simply ignore and walk away.

We used to get the same situation with scallywags a few years back.

You could always do a bit of investigating and a year down the line when hes probably forgot about it, find out who he is, follow him one night and make his mouth feel the force of a baseball bat then do a runner away into the darkness. Great if you've not got any hobbies and are bored at times.
 
Sorry to hear it mate although like other have said good on you for not lowering yourself to there level.

I was actually in the area around Dixie Chicken in Leeds on Saturday too and saw a couple of guys having a fight. It seems to be getting more and more common around there now. Morons. :/
 
Shoulda koed the guy tbh his friends wouldnt have backed him up if you smashed him and made his nose melt into his head.
 
So, the OP doesnt stop (which is completely the right thing to do given the situation) or report them, the police would do nothing, and im assuming there parents dont give a rats arse.

So who does stop them, or do we just put a pretty ribbon around the country and hand it over to these people.

no one stops them because no party wants to admit there are any racist issues we live in a peaceful multi cultural country that is so tolerant of others we get punched in the face ordeering food and laughed at
 
I'm more shocked by the replies from people in this thread than I am by the OP. Racism is not something I'm really surprised by anymore but ignorance still seems to shock me, mind you this is GD so it shouldn't really be a surprise.

OP you did the right thing, hopefully you won't be on the receiving end of any racism again.
