win7 upgrade from vista is there...

ive got win7 pro 32bit upgrade installed.
used to have vista prem 64bit.

is there a way to do a proper clean install instead of installing vista then win7.

just find some one with a 64bit dvd to lend and use your key with that

yes its legal(as you have a key that is tied to you not the DVD it comes with) and does work
it need to be the same version, ie Home Premium
