I don't mind the new layout/logo but for some reason they made me validate my gmail account that I've had for about 6 years. They txted me a code to verify it. :confused:

I've got the new one too... while i like the logo and homepage i don't like what they've done to the results page, it may as well be Bing!

I hate the change, it looks gay and seems slower to me.

I click google and start typing and only the last half of what I typed is there.

That's the problem! It's not the homepage page (I think, don't use it either), it's the results page!

I started getting this this evening, any way of removing the horrible bar on the left of the results screen?

I have checked the settings but nothing about it there I can see.

EDIT:

Actually, it is handy, would be nice to hide it though as an option.
