He was doing it to me as well.

It was me and him indoors when an enemy attacks me from behind, so I used Armor lock and he just sits there spamming grenades at me instead of just shooting the guy. Luckily the grenades exploded before the armor lock wore off, even by that time he still hadn't killed him so I had to shoot the guy so Cadman could steal the kill...
 
Would like to play with you guys, think i have most of you as friends as I played Halo 3 / Gears with some of you. Im the fairly unskilled scottish guy called blaiRinsta - add me if you don't have me!
 
We were playing flag grab (or what ever its called) and the enemy attacked us with a hammer we killed him quick. True to form Cadman was first to grab the hammer and started running at the enemies base. I had to tell him to get his arse back to our base to "Defend" with the hammer, as if he died with it, they will have it and it would be harder for us to defend and attack... Followed up with "CADMAN GET YOUR ARSE BACK HERE NOW!!!", surprisingly enough he actually said "good point, I guess your right" and came back. Which is progress as he has never listened in the past.
 
if you used it on impact / just before impact then no! I wonder if they will offer a gametype with all 4 powers activated
 
Why is it when you play CTF the biggest retard you will ever meet is always the one to grab the flag? We lost because he decided to take it the wrong way even though we had cleared a path for him and were telling him where to go, but no he decides to run into my hammer when I am beating down enemies as they come through the door :rolleyes: He then complains that I killed him FFS
 
It can be such a good team game when played right, its so frustrating when you encounter team mates who are total headless chickens!

I've not had a decent (read organised) game of CTF in years. The last one I can remember was on Water works in Halo2 with Wing Zero, and that only worked because in spite of it being an 8v8 game we:

Rushed the wraith, bocked in our base with the boxes, rushed the rockets & sniper, then stormed the enemy base with the rockets and Wingzero (he was a one man army in those days). I'd jump in mop up what was left and lob the flag up to Wingzero, we would then leg it round the perimeter of the map on foot back into our base score, turn round pick up ammo on the way back to the enemy base. Rinse and Repeat.
I think as long as we got the wraith to do the block in, and then the rockets it was a guaranteed win for us... I'm not even sure we needed the other 6 players :D

But since then I have played mostly with Miss K, Cadman, Wingzero, Alrik and Kreeeee. Getting us lot to work as a team is less likely than two ants figuring out cold fusion and being able to explain a viable implementation of it to humanity.
 
1 flag CTF on sword base has got to be the most unbalanced thing ever. All the attacking team has to do is jump down and they are virtually on top of your flag and the only way for your team to get in there to defend it is to go through a small door, which they grenade the **** out of.

We have found a suitable replacement for you on the team.
Cadman has demonstrated a natural and near prodigious talent for throwing grenades at me just as I'm going into or coming out of combat. He has so far killed me more times then the enemy combined. Frankly he puts your efforts in Halo3 to shame.
You are therefore dropped to the bench and until you demonstrate a marked improvement in both training, in reserves matches/cup games... Hang on your not going to understand the football references are you, you big gay.

Anyway hurry up and return, the enemy needs your support :D

I'm in Northern Ireland, and it seems I'll be stuck here with more ash cloud issues. Not sure I'll make it back before the beta ends, but it seems like I'm not missing out on much.
 
I just preordered the Legendary Edition. That figure thing looks cool... :D Although I'm getting it for the campaign more than anything. although so far the beta has been good.

Same here about the campaign and buying the legendary set :D
I had to buy the halo kotobukiya figure of master chief (the running one not the bubble shield) too though because I felt pretty weird having noble team as a figure and not master chief when I've been playing master chief so many games.
