i cant make out from the dirt where its actually cracked.

Or have all 4 cylinders cracked in the same place in the middle ? and the one third from the right has cracked again further up too ?

In simple terms: the obvious damage is in the area of pistons 2 and 3 (counting from the left), which have a big crack in them each. This crack runs from the small inner circle to the left running to the cut out looking bit ;)
 
Between #2 and #3 injectors (things which aren't valves) to the exhaust valves (left hand valves).

I believe the lines running between all the valves are a product of the casting.
 
Red bits are definitely cracks, green bits possibly cracks.

Tie a rope to it and sell it as a boat anchor, it's no good for anything else.

Will be looking at refurb cylinder head prices tomorrow I think. Although I am back at work and probably busy (got to tune a 302ci Mustang race car tomorrow on some single barrel holley :/ )

Pretty much all the places circled in the pics are cracks. Some cracks are not that important but the ones into the pre combustion chambers are the ones I'm worried about most.

Piston crown and con rods appear fine, why wouldn't they be?? The cracks are heat related fatigue, nothing else.
It's just one of them (on No 3 cylinder) has cracked into the cooling system passageways
