no i most defiantly would not bother - that would be an utter waste of money.

lol but the only difference between the two is cosmetically - and even then it depends on personal taste as a lot of people think the 2nd rev is too sharp.

Cav, you already have what is viewed by many as the best stick on the market. Spending £140+ on what is basically a cosmetic upgrade is madness, especially considering you'll likely get £50ish for your old stick seeing as a retailer has them on preorder for £70. It won't improve your game.
With that said if you do get it and sell your old stick i'll take it off you for £50

Considering how long it took you to open the bloody TE stick - be happy and stick with it . Some of us paid the full whack to be in that club
Had a good session trying to learn how to play the game yesterday with the new characters - cant do any of T.Hawks Ultras (double 360s are impossible on stick for me) so hes out - Deejays a charger so find it hard to be offensive with them or to naturally charge back on every occasion (like jumping in). Think Im liking Cody so far, Dudley seems awesome with his dash punches against shoto characters so may spend more time with him.
Not tried the ladies yet - will see if I can get some sparring on tonight, but kinda happy to go through challenges just getting proper moves down - Im like a year behind you guys in training terms...
P.S. Seth on Hard makes me cry :/

Less than a second in SFIV, 55 frames. Only certain moves like Guile's sonic boom have been reduced to 50 frames.
The TE R2 is completely identical to the newer R1's and the TES is clearly inferior to the TE in terms of ergonomics and identical in functionality.

Omg you still remember that Arth? I have a txt file on my desktop with your recommendations of characters to use and Rufus is top of the list heh - I refused to delete it!).
I had a go at pulling off the FK -> FADC -> Ultra but each time I focussed and try to dash it, instead it comes out as a proper focus attack (albeit a quick one) instead of the dash motion

Endless Battle is such a great tool for learning things, watch the other games while you are doing other bits and bobs also, reading up match up tactics on srk etc ;p
Played against one guy about 6 times and he beat me only once and he then kicked me out of the game... was about to respond to him to say I thoroughly enjoyed the games and learnt a lot from them but received a message from him swearing his ass off telling me Im a mashing w***e, I responded back by telling him that my crlps into cr.mps were not pulling off and that I enjoyed the games with him and thought it was a shame he was disrespecting me...
Next message came back much more calm and apologetic and saying how he was frurstrated by mashers etc. Which is fair play I guess.

did you play as guile? surely its impossible to mash your way to a win with guile
Well when I say mash... literally...
2 or 3 cr.lps and then follow up with cr.mp
or crlk crlp crmp but for some reason (maybe lag?) theyre not pulling off and instead it just seems like a string of crlps
People take this game far too seriously - iwas playing a balrog the other day and beat him quite convincingly with Ken - i then get messaged that im a crap player who just spams! I then replied saying how crap i actually am (which i know i am), and that he must be even worse to lose to me! it didnt go down too well with him but my god its like life and death for some people

Indeed. I knew I was playing crap today and actually in my heart of hearts I felt I didnt deserve to win, but I did, so I must be doing something right (e.g. the other dude kept jumping fairly often - responding with guiles cr.hp anti air...).
Sue me if you dont take the hint :|

lol, thank god i dont have a microphone, other wise you lot would hear me screaming and complaining all the time! i am just too competitive and hates losing too much, but even when i am winning i complain.
